Whenever possible our drivers leave your water in a safe, agreed-upon spot (porch, garage, etc.). If they can't deliver, they'll flag it for customer service and we'll reschedule. You can also add detailed delivery instructions in your account to prevent issues.

We recommend making changes at least 3–5 business days before your scheduled delivery. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when we can.

Please take a photo and contact our support team right away ideally within 24 hours of delivery and we'll refund the damaged jug.

We deliver in 2.5 gallon jugs because they are safer, easier to maneuver, more stackable, and look beautiful!

Our standard delivery uses clear 2.5-gallon glass jugs. We focus on this single size for consistency and quality control. The glass is high-quality, thick, and built for durability and reuse.

A full 2.5-gallon jug weighs about 22–23 lbs (roughly 10 kg). Most people find them manageable many place them directly onto a water dispenser or use a jug stand/cradle for easier pouring.
