the container and the contents truly make me happy ....we keep in our bathroom for 1st glass in the mornings and final one before bed ....it simply tastes better- cleaner & truly like a mountain stream. Highly recommend and am grateful to my Austin friend who referred me !

Beware, the bottle deposit is not fixed and is higher the fewer bottles you take....how Alive can tell me which bottle was a 4 bottle delivery versus 8 bottle delivery is beyond me. Odd number delivery requests or returns not accepted. CS is only through text....no real human, so navigating issues can be choppy.

If you return an equal amount of empty jugs as filled jugs at time of water delivery, there is no charge. If you increased your quantity of jugs from say 6 jugs to 8 jugs, then there would be a 2 bottle deposit charged. If you went down to 4 jugs, and returned 8, then we would refund you the cost of 4 jug deposits. Our drivers always let us know the amount of empties returned, and that is how we keep track.

There is something incredible that happens when I drink this water which is unlike any other water I have had. The only way I can describe it is that it feels like drinking my self. I experience it as though the water is absorbed into my mouth and throat more than swallowed. Hard to explain. You should try it and see for yourself. Also, the flavor-enhancement when used to make coffee (pour over person here) is 100% worth the price probably true for tea as well but I don drink tea.
