Very big fan of Alive water for what it is and how it tastes. Our household definitely drinks more water now than we previously did. My only complaint, which is more of an observation, is the inconsistency of the fill levels. Fuller bottles are obviously better. Half of the time however, the bottles arrive filled many inches lower. Many inches over many bottles is eventually many gallons of water not being delivered as expected / purchased.
Alive Water offers the highest quality water on the planet! I am VERY particular when it comes to my water and Alive fulfills all of my dreams for clean, healthy, unprocessed water. I love the water and the glass jars. The delivery people are great. But the customer service is really terrible. It's almost impossible to get help with credit card charges, and if there are issues , you can not get anyone to help you. Every time you write with questions, you never get answers. It's a shame , because the product is great, but they really dropped the ball on the service.
Thanks so much for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize that you had a less than idea customer service interaction. Our customer service is a bit fragmented between multiple different solutions for voice, text, and email right now. We are planning to converge them all into one software solution, which should help a lot, and will be completed very soon.
We're always exploring ways to improve with communications, and have faith that we will have even better solutions available soon.
