I received (1) strap, used it once. Loved it so much I ordered (3) more so all (4) of my bottles would have their own strap. My second order of (3) straps hasn't arrived yet- so I used the (1) strap I have for the 2nd time today. I looked down when I was carrying a full bottle of water and one of the straps was hanging by a thread. At home, I looked at all the straps, and (3) of them are unraveling right under the seam. I haven't received the others yet, so can't say if this is a one-time defect. Usually, straps will be melted/fused under a seam so the material does not unravel. I will be e-mailing the company also. Be careful, and inspect your straps!

If you are getting the jugs, I would highly recommend these straps. Whenever I need to fill up the jugs again, I just clip these on and go! It's so much easier to transport without having to worry about dropping or breaking them! You won't regret it!🚰💧😊
