I love the water and the glass jars. The delivery people are great. But the customer service is really terrible. It's almost impossible to get help with credit card charges, and if there are issues , you can not get anyone to help you. Every time you write with questions, you never get answers. It's a shame , because the product is great, but they really dropped the ball on the service.
Thanks so much for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize that you had a less than idea customer service interaction. Our customer service is a bit fragmented between multiple different solutions for voice, text, and email right now. We are planning to converge them all into one software solution, which should help a lot, and will be completed very soon.
We're always exploring ways to improve with communications, and have faith that we will have even better solutions available soon.
