I had been looking for home water delivery for the longest time… I had quite a list of factors tbh so I realized my search for the perfect source might take a while (a few of which were glass bottles, minimal impact, fresh spring water source, an interface for communication that actually works for delivery questions, etc) … I also wanted to wait until I had at least several touch points with the company prior to writing a review, although I was pleasantly surprised from the first delivery + now perhaps about 6 months in, I am telling all my local people about this company… I truly hope they never change their values or how they do business… Beyond all the tangibles, some of us know that it all comes down to energy … And for those who wish to live in the frequency of nothing but love, I truly believe this company is magnetizing nothing but that + a desire to be of service to ppl + to Mother Earth into its field… I really can’t imagine what the lower reviews were about as I haven’t looked… But I think the higher ratings speak for themselves… I too couldn’t be happier 🙏🏽💫

Taking $33 Per Bottle If Not Returned At Next Pick Up Is Not Reasonable

Hi, taking $33 per bottle each time a bottle is not returned is not reasonable. If I haven't used all of the bottles yet because we went on a vacation, then you taking out $99 is unreasonable and effectively like a loan without interest. It would make sense if we ended the delivery service and still kept the bottles, but not while the service is in place. Also as a business practice this incentives me to lower my bottle delivery because I do not want huge sums of money withdrawn from my account because we have not consumed enough; nor do I want to have to keep track on what you withdrew and then returned.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand that the $33 charge per bottle if not returned at the next pick up may seem unreasonable to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our policy is in place to ensure that our bottles are properly returned and reused, but we are always open to discussing alternative options with our valued customers. Please feel free to contact us directly to further discuss this matter. Thank you for your feedback.

How about 1 Gallon containers?

Wresting the odd shaped 2.5 gallon containers are a hassle, storing them, can't stack them, take up too much space, flipping them upside down on the dispenser is tricky, can't take them with you on the go. However the water is great to have!

Silica water

My water comes from Opal Springs, which contains 38mg of silica per liter. I searched up what silica is and found out it has lots of health benefit! I have high hope that it will help battling with digestive problems and hypothyroidism. I wanted to avoid chlorinated tap water and filtered water, as well as other spring water in plastic containers since there were scientific evidence of microplastic in those. I love the quality of water and the delivery service which is prompt. On top of that, the glass thickness of water dispenser and 2.5 gal container are great, well made , and sturdy.
