I wish we started ordering sooner! We live in Los Angeles, and over the past year our water has been tasting and smelling more and more chlorinated and chemically - to the point my body has zero desire to drink it even though we have tried so many filters on the market to try and reduce the nasty stuff in it. We finally ordered Live water and OMG from the second we drank it, it literally brought so much joy and tears to our eyes! We drink more water now than ever before! I no longer need to add a splash of juice or lemon to my water to cover the nasty taste. It's so refreshing and pure - day and night in comparison to filtered water. Thank you Alive Water for creating this business - it's literally changing our lives and health.
PS. The delivery and communication is amazing - for our first order we had (i forget his name but I believe he was one of the co-founders) deliver our waters and he offered to come in, help set up our first bottle and give us background on the water which was so cool and appreciated! Above and beyond customer service.
Finding natural, pure, hydrating water in LA is hard. I spent years buying plastic 1 gal. spring water jugs. Maybe hundreds. Then I was diagnosed with a health condition earlier this year and decided to upgrade one of life’s essential needs. Every cent has been worth every drop. I’m also a coffee lover l buy really nice beans often. Using LA tap is a waste of coffee, imho.
Ordering schedule was off for me at first, but a phone call to AW customer service fixed everything. The folks helping from ordering to delivery have been genuine and sweet.
It may not fit every budget and there are definitely cheaper delivery services, but i needed better water and AW delivered. I’ve worked low wage jobs in last year and still find its worth the quality.
Not to mention, what’s in tap water and trending ‘forever chemicals’
It’s certainly a smart choice. I recommend to all. Every guest I have over to my home notices the water. It’s that good

I used to drink water from the filtered Brita pitcher until my daughter who suffers from chronic atopic dermatitis got me into switching to Alive Water. In spite of watching what she eats and practicing a holistic lifestyle, her skin condition would not totally clear until she switched her drinking water to Alive Water. At first I thought "its just coincidence since it's just water and its really the beautiful looking glass container elegantly displayed in her dining room that she likes". But then when I got my own subscription, I noticed the difference in the water taste. Because I have never tasted water so good and refreshing, I drink more water now than I used to. As a result, my skin looks more supple and hydrated. The customer service is 5-stars plus. I live in the 3rd floor of my building without elevators. Every time its my scheduled delivery day, Paul in his always friendly disposition brings up 2 jugs to my condo unit and the rest to my storage space in the 1st floor. This makes it so much easier for me. I also love that I would get a text message about the status of my delivery dates. Thank you so much Alive Water!

I finally ordered Alive Water after hesitating because of thinking I didn't have the money to pay for water. I'm so happy now that I"m drinking Alive Water. It is a relief to know that I"m nourishing myself with the life sustaining force of water which is perhaps the must crucial aspect of health. It seems so much better to invest in water in its purest natural form than to do all kinds of filtering in order to get a healthier water.I have always had to force myself to drink fluids but now I look forward to drinking Alive Water. The cost of AW is so little when I think of what a valuable investment it is. Thank you Alive Water for making this possible.
I recently switched from bottled spring water to Alive Water on advice from a friend. I am super grateful I took the recommendation. Alive Water is so refreshing and smooth, it's the purest hydration I've ever had, plus I'm not constantly feeling dehydrated like I was with bottled water. I’ve noticed I’ve been drinking less than other waters I was previously drinking and I feel amazing. I don’t need as much and I feel much more hydrated! I can tell my body is actually absorbing the water vs it flowing right through me. My skin is glowing! I’m so grateful to drink Alive spring water :)

Who would ever think that water could be so life changing... Alive water is truly that and more! It tastes incredible and I can really feel the difference in my body. This water is a game changer. The last year or so I didn’t realize I was constantly dehydrated. I would drink filtered water but never felt called to drink enough and whenever I would exercise I would feel so thirsty. Since getting alive waters, my body craves drinking big glasses of this water meanwhile I notice I’m so much more hydrated when I work out!

Having purchased so many different bottled spring waters with little difference in taste or quality I decided to get the real deal and man am I glad I did! The water is delicious. The best example is when my friend tried a glass full and he said his face literally tingled like it turned on! He is ordering some now. Incredible stuff and the delivery is so convenient! I love this water so much. I love how easy it is to receive this water. It is affordable, convenient and I feel like I am nurturing and nourishing my body in ways that I have never been able to before. This feels like the most real water I've ever drank in my whole life and it is crucial to my health and immune system.

I love this water. I drink lots of water and am fussy about water. Alive water tastes rich. I can taste the natural minerals, and I'm glad I found it. But it took some searching! Years ago, a 94-year-old vibrantly healthy man told me that Mountain Valley Water was the key to his good health because it was filled with real calcium and magnesium. So I ordered it and could taste and feel the difference. Then last year, a huge water company - Prima/Sparkettes - bought the family owned Arkansas company and within a few months, I could tell that for whatever reason, Prima had stripped out the minerals. Profit drives most corporate decisions and I'm sure they decided to off-sell the minerals. Whatever, all I know is that they then delivered their flat tasteless water to me, yet still charging me for the premium water. My body knew the difference. So I searched for another company and finally found Alive Water from Oregon. I want to thank all the drivers who bring the wonderful down the 5 Freeway to LA!
