We know that some of you out there relish the opportunity to serve fresh, pure spring water to your friends and family. Whenever you host intimate gatherings in your home, glass jugs full of water are both a centerpiece and the foundation of your beverage service. We are thrilled that you've chosen Alive Water as the preferred beverage for your guests.
Can we help you take things a step further? We know, natural spring water is delicious all on its own. But we're willing to bet that some of your guests would appreciate a natural enhancement or two. We have some suggestions.
Lemon or Lime Juice
There is something incredibly unique about a cold glass of spring water with a splash of lemon or lime juice. Get yourself a fresh lemon or lime, cut it in half, and squeeze the juice into your water. The results will be spectacular! For the truly adventurous, consider adding a little bit of zest as well.
Lemon and lime zest not only add flavor, but it also adds texture. Enhanced with crushed ice, it can truly make for a refreshing beverage. Best of all, both lemon and lime add vitamin C to the mix.
Cucumber Slices
Fresh spring water can have a slightly sweet taste because of its mineral content. And because our glass bottled delivery service provides water that goes directly from underground spring into the bottle, you might notice your water is slightly sweet. Adding a cucumber slice can change things dramatically.
A cucumber slice will not cover up the sweetness. But it will add to the water's natural aroma and flavor. Unfortunately, the result is hard to describe with words. You really need to try it to know what it's like.
Mint Leaves
Along the same lines as cucumber slices are mint leaves. A handful of crushed leaves add that minty aroma and taste you're already fond of. The taste of natural mint is enhanced by the minerals in the water. Try it. If you're a mint fan, you are going to love it.
Berries and Fruits
Maybe you are a fan of fruit juice but prefer glass bottle delivery service because you don't want the added sugars found in grocery store fruit juices. No worries. Add some fresh berries or slices of fruit to your Alive Water spring water. You get the same flavor and health benefits without the added sugars and preservatives.
Electrolytes
There's nothing quite like a glass of refreshing spring water after a friendly game of volleyball in the backyard. But before you throw the ice in, consider adding some electrolyte. A healthy, natural electrolyte supplement replaces valuable salts and other substances your body lost during the volleyball game.
A Selection of Herbal Teas
Finally, put out a nice selection of herbal teas next to your glass water jug. We're guessing a lot of your guests will appreciate the opportunity to combine fresh spring water with their favorite teas. And no, you don't have to heat the water first.
Most herbal teas will steep nicely in room temperature spring water. You need a few more minutes than you would with hot water, but be patient. What some people refer to as cold-brewed tea is worth the extra time. It's quite refreshing.
Natural spring water from glass bottles is delicious and refreshing all on its own. But we get the fact that some people like a little bit more flavor in their water. Fortunately, there are lots of things you can offer that will not upset the natural flavor or balance of spring water from a glass jug.
