This combo is thick glass and the Flower of Life design refracts rainbows, showing the quality of the glass. I fill my glass jug with filtered alkalized water, shake it up, swirl it, and let it absorb sun and earth vibrations for a couple days/nights, and set it upon the crock. I always have living water at my fingertips, perfecting my cluster techniques!

Love everything about the system except the gasket. I think it needs to be made of a (safe) plastic that grips the upper vessel. It now slides a little and makes me nervous.
Thanks for the feedback. We originally had a silicone ring, but it got dirty very easily, and also we had to put dots on the top of the ring so it wouldn't be airtight. This allowed dust to get into the water, so using this bpa free plastic that never touches water was the best option possible.

This water set up is amazing, it brings me so much joy and vibrancy! The jugs came wrapped very well with bubble wrap (which I pray we can find a non-plastic solution for soon) and didn’t have a scratch on them. I can feel the water smiling at me through the beautiful flower of life pattern etching. Very happy with my choice to upgrade my water alter and, ultimately, my life. We ordered this dispenser as well as several extra jugs and the steel stand. We couldn't be happier with the purchase! No more having to buy plastic bottles of water - filling the landfill (and our bodies!) with plastic. We had a whole house water filtration system and RO filter at our old house, but decided to build new and won't buy water another system until that is complete (which will be about 18 months from now) . Having these beautiful, high quality glass jugs/dispenser allows us to fill with quality drinking water at our local Sprouts store at a fraction of the cost of buying gallons. (and repeat... no plastic!)Everyone who comes over comments on how lovely it is and asks where we found it. (all the local water delivery companies use plastic now and nobody likes that!) I will say the stand "seems" a bit less sturdy than I'd like.. but even when the extra jugs on the shelves are empty, it hasn't even hinted at falling or tipping.. so I can't complain.

I am soo very please to have upped my mountain water game, this is the utmost of opulence, drinking in our life force, the particles in beautiful mandala's. I love these jugs so darn much. Its really an investment into health and wellness, well worth it. :)
